In the fall of 2012, the owner of Fitness Maximus, Mr. Skála, was faced with a crucial decision: choosing the right partner for marketing. So he decided to give professionals a chance and approached the Gladio Marketing agency of Mr. Pavel Krejčí, who is also a regular visitor to our gym.

The creation of the website kicked things off and we started to fully focus on SEO optimization , creating automated social media management and promotion through PR articles . The goal was to increase awareness of the gym and reach new clients. And we succeeded! After a few months, the fitness center was fuller than ever and the business began to prosper.

After several years of successful cooperation, Mr. Skála decided to take an ambitious step - to expand the fitness center to double the area and double the number of men's and women's locker rooms. This project required significant construction modifications, high investments and temporary restrictions on operation . The Gladio marketing agency made sure that this change was communicated effectively and clearly .

We launched a thoughtful marketing campaign , reaching out to existing visitors and the community to stay with us during the renovation. We temporarily adjusted our pricing policy and introduced a multi-lingual version of the website , which attracted foreign clients from the Prague 3 area.

Thanks to a sensitive approach to the renovation, which was carried out with minimal impact on operations, the gym was able to keep running and after the expansion was completed, Fitness Maximus quickly filled up. Within half a year, the new part was filled and the fitness center became so popular that it is not easy to find a free locker on busy days.

Today, Fitness Maximus is one of the oldest and best-equipped hardcore fitness centers in Prague . World champions, Olympic athletes , bodybuilders, weightlifters, powerlifters, MMA and HMB fighters, boxers and other legends of various sports train here.

The cooperation between Gladio Marketing and Fitness Maximus is an eleven-year story that has brought prosperity not only to the business owner, but also to a wide community of satisfied athletes. The cooperation continues and we are proud to have been a part of this great success story 💪
